Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite nice and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, but I felt they weren't worth the price. The service was friendly, but there were some hiccups with the shuttle driver. The location was very convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience could have been better, lacking some basic items. Facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large, clean, and very well-equipped, offering very comfy double beds, but unfortunately, the smell in the room from the drains and dirty carpets was quite unpleasant. The service was great; the staff was nice, approachable, and could speak English, but the dehumidifier outside our room was a bit of a nuisance. The location was convenient for transportation, being close to the Guomao metro station, and there were plenty of shopping centers nearby, but the dining experience was poor, as even though it was included, there was a lack of basic items like coffee, tea, juice, or bread. Despite the drawbacks, the facilities were decent, but improvements in the dining area could enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were generally quiet and clean, but I noticed some dust during my second stay. The service, while friendly, had some issues that needed attention, especially with the shuttle driver taking a wrong turn and blaming us for it. The location was excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, though it could get noisy at night. The dining experience was lacking, as the included amenities were not up to par. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is centrally located with easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooms, although in need of a makeover, are cozy and comfortable. The service is friendly but lacks English proficiency. The dining experience is subpar with limited options. Overall, a decent choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The hotel is in a convenient location, just next to a shopping mall with everything you need. The rooms are a good value, decent size, and very comfortable, although a bit dim. The service was generally polite but could use some improvement in training. The dining options may not be the most appetizing, and the promotion for expensive transfers wasn't ideal. However, the free transfer to the metro station was a nice touch.
